When you create a new Run - the 'Contact email address' and 'Contact phone number' can be set as defaults so these don't need to be entered each time.
The default information will appear on this section of the "Add Run" page
To set these defaults, go to your Runs Module and click on the blue "Edit Category" button on the right (see below):
The following page will display - enter the default details and click on the blue "Save Category" button.
Each time you add a new run - these details will show in your Contacts section.
